1 GENERAL ASPECTSThe housing is located in block No. 4 of Pintora Cañete Street, 2nd floor door E (around the corner from the El Silo restaurant). You will be dealing with Vicky (610 64 37 42) for bookings and requests . All guests must comply with the rules of this holiday rental and other instructions provided by the owner Victoria Moya Rosales during their stay.2. NOISE AND Neighbourhood Guests must minimize noise to avoid disturbing other residents in the area, especially during the hours when they may be sleeping (from eleven at night to eight in the morning), and when arriving and leaving the property. This property is suitable for children of all ages. A crib and bed barrier are available for travellers. Guests are solely responsible for the safety of the children accompanying them throughout their stay, and for any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in the termination of guests' stay, eviction, and loss of the amount paid for the entire stay. Guests are completely prohibited from behaving disrespectfully toward local residents, and must minimize their impact on them and the neighbourhood in general. 3. VISITS If a guest wishes to spend the night at the property, this must be communicated and approved by the owner, and will be subject to any extra fees specified in the final price. Every guest must adhere to the rules set forth in this document. 4. USE OF THE PROPERTY Any party or gathering with guests is completely prohibited. 5. PARKING There is a free parking space. 6. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING Guests are responsible for large garbage and must not leave any type of waste in common areas or public spaces. 7. SECURITY Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to ensure that windows and doors are properly closed to maintain safety and prevent damage from rain. Guests must turn off lights, air conditioners, fans, and electronic devices when they are not needed to save energy. Do not leave the air conditioning or heating on when you are not in the house. 8. BALCONY, TERRACE (Smoking area) ATTENTION Guests must supervise any infants or children when using balconies and terraces. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace; please ensure that the door is properly closed, using the doorstop to prevent smoke from entering. Cigarette butts must go into the designated ashtrays. 9 ANIMALS Dogs under two kilos are allowed. They must be well supervised and barking should be avoided. 10. COMPLIANCE Non-compliance with any of these rules constitutes a breach of the applicable conditions of the vacation rental contract. The owner has the right to terminate the guest's stay if they do not comply with the house rules or cause disturbances to neighbours and other residents of the community. USE OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES 1. WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER It is recommended to set the washing machine and dryer to program C. If you need detergent, do not hesitate to ask us upon your arrival. 2. HEATING You will receive information on how to operate it upon your arrival. 3. TV and Smart TV Channels such as Netflix and Movistar are available to you and much more. TOURIST INFORMATION The apartment has local, provincial, and regional tourist information. Additionally, there is a collection of travel books in front of the sofa to discover the surroundings.
